How far in advance should I book a tour?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for the best availability, especially during peak season (June to October). However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and cash payments for local bookings. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before your tour start date.
Can you arrange custom tours?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom itineraries tailored to your interests, time frame, and budget. Please contact us with your requirements, and we'll design a personalized tour experience for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus administration fees. Cancellations 30-60 days before departure forfeit the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
